In a lot of homes in the 1980’s or earlier, the kitchen was closed in by walls and doors. The work area was confined to a traditional U-shape or galley style.
Steven, at Abbey’s Kitchens and Bathrooms, BREAKS OUT of that mould, by designing coordinated work areas. We open up and repurpose spaces that can be integrated into areas that live the way you do!
For example, this kitchen was actually 3 rooms divided by walls and doors. Abbey’s opened it up; which increased storage, countertop working space and added an island that works well for casual meals and a place to congregate during a party. The beautiful stove hood is actually PAINTED!

Stained & Glazed cabinetry, by Christiana Custom Cabinets
Gas cook top, wall oven and warming oven by Wolf. Refrigerator by Sub-Zero. Dishwasher by Miele. Microwave by KitchenAid. Wine cooler by Kings Bottle.
Cabinet hardware is dark bronze. Flooring is custom fabricated, scraped wood.
